Freudian frauds still hang out their shingles and still take in the rich and gullible and the poor and gullible. Fact One, psychoanalysis has never cured anyone. Fact Two, drugs have accomplished all the cures. Fact Three, no one knows why people dream even though dream analysis is the cornerstop of the Freudian method. In other words, if you are seeing a psyrinck, you might as well pay the money to be "cleared" by Scientology. At least L. Ron Hubbard was honest enough to admit he was playing the same scam as psychiatry. And it costs no more. Rule One, the cornerstone of psychoanalysis is dream analysis. No one knows why we dream. Rule Two, if there are real problems, go for the drugs. They are cheaper. Rule Three, any psychiatrist not going first for drugs is a con artist.
