     The involuntary contributions of many people are involved in this compilation. I did not expect to have this for more than personal use when I was collecting the pieces so I did not keep names. If anyone would like to come forward and claim credit I will be happy to give credit where it is due.

      This is a collection of references. I suggest at least skimming it to see what each section uses to answer each question so that you know what you have. I chose the questions from objections to the RTKBA I have found over the years. The "answers" are what I have found most useful in responding to those objections.

     If you want to see it all brought together (and can stand my writing style) I wrote the answer to the last question based upon what I have files on, most of which is included here.
