My first comment on Murder in America by Israel drew some questions on points I should amplify. The first is the responsibility of the US government. In the Declaration of Independence we recognized inalienable rights, the first of which is the right to life. It goes on to observe that men create governments to protect these inalienable rights. In due course political events lead to the people establishing the government known as the United States of America. In the constitution establishing that government the people delegated some of their powers to that government to protect the rights of the people including the right to life. In accepting office in the US government as an elected official people assume the obligation to protect the rights of the people. They accept the obligation in taking the oath of office. The government of Israel has now publicly declared itself to be a threat to the lives of Americans. The government of the United States has kept its silence on this threat. That is called nonfeasance. US government officials, starting with the President, have failed to act in accordance with their obligation. That the government fails to act to protect the lives of the people does not mean the people have lost protection. The people have the primary responsibility to protect their own lives. That responsibility was merely delegated. The inaction of the government means the responsibility has returned to the people to exercise. This certainly requires we, the people, to prepare to defend ourselves against well trained, professional murderers. This is not an easy task. A major reason defense of the right to life was delegated is that it is not an easy task but better suited to a government who can call upon trained experts to hunt down and exterminate this foreign scum and their hired agents. Note also we are not limited to mere defense. War has been declared. We have the right to attack first. To another point I must admit to not having answers but only points to raise for discussion. However, the policy has been announced therefore it is likely already in progress. We do not have months to debate this matter. Better safe than dead. We must be prepared to act before all the answers are agreed upon. The foremost is why would Israel publicly announce its plans to make war upon the American people? They know in doing so they have made every jewish American a suspect and at risk of collateral damage and the inevitable mistakes of war. Are they trying to not only create antisemitism but give it a good name? And where are jewish Americans in this? They should be lighting up the White House switchboard demanding the president take a firm and public stand telling Israel not to even think about it. Should there be people in the US who think themselves likely targets they have just been warned and given itchy trigger fingers. The average American would certainly be more cautious than a terrorist. What do terrorists have to lose? And Israel did not even limit it to terrorists but simply an ambiguous "danger" to Israel. Israelis are the kind of people who have bombed an apartment building just to get one person they only suspect of being a danger to Israel. There is no way of telling who they will target for murder. People who have simply published information Israel considers damaging can be considered a danger. That puts dozens of reporters and columnists at risk. On top of that there is no way what is needed for a person to be suspected and murdered on suspicion. This puts all Americans at risk of being suspected of being a danger to Israel and murdered. And as they have to act on their own to preserve their own lives anyone suspected of being a Mossad agent or a recruited jewish American is a great risk of a preemptive response by Americans in fear of their lives.
We must identify the murderers A government doing its job would immediately expel anyone with only Israeli citizenship and imprison anyone with dual Israeli and US citizenship. These are tough times. We are not talking about a loose organization like al Qaeda but rather a country which has declared war upon Americans. They are all enemy combatants. The only options are deportation and internment camps. Again, I do not understand why Israel wants it this way. Unfortunately for jewish Americans, Israel has a policy of suborning them to its purposes against America. It may be unpopular but the only profile we have of potential murderers and accomplices to murder is that a person identified himself as being a Jew. These are now dangerous times and profiling is an essential tool to identify murderers and their helpers among us. This is not antisemitic. This is rational self interest in preserving our own lives and those of our fellow Americans.
The Right to kill Israelis As I mentioned they can absolve themselves of being murders and their declaration of war by revolution. Or they can choose to accept being murderers. It is their choice but in choosing it makes them legitimate targets for Americans. Note again the US government has washed it hands of this entire war on the American people.
Government action Unless there is strong, visible and public action that will clearly work nothing has changed. This action has to be on the order of rounding up and deporting everyone with Israeli citizenship in a very public manner. In addition it would be proper to impose a total embargo on all trade and travel and money transfers in any form. Nothing changes until there is a major public action which is clearly effective and damning of Israel for the affrontery to dare to claim the right to murder us.
