This is a deliberate misreading of the convention. The requirement to wear
uniforms is only a requirement if the resistance is to claim POW -- prisoner
of war -- status. The Palestinian resistance does not claim to be an army.
It does not claim those captured should be considered POWs. Therefore it is
bogus to say that is a requirement for a resistance movement.
The famous Polish and French resistance movements did not wear uniforms nor
did they claim POW status.
