My objective here is to provide the best theory of the crime based upon the available information. I am attempting to find a theory which explains the greatest number of facts. No theory of a crime can be expected to explain all the facts and thus the failure to explain a few facts does not negate the theory.
If you do not like the appearance of conspiracy theories hit your back button. This is not for you.
Even the government tells us it is not telling us everything. In fact it is implying it is not telling up most of what it knows. We can either trust our government or search for what is going on for ourselves.
In searching for an explanation we must review the available facts. We need to form hypothesis based upon those facts. That is what every real investigator in the government is doing. Why should we not do the same?
The only reason not to do it is that we do not have all the facts. I agree but our government has given us many facts and we have every expectation that upon putting them together we will have the big picture. On the other hand, if the government has given us untrue facts, lies if you will, then the formulation of hypothesis will make that obvious.
I make these assumptions.

If the facts the government has given us are true then the actions the government takes will be consistent with those facts.
The facts themselves will be consistent and point to the same conclusion.
The government will not interject an external agenda into the consequences of 9/11, meaning everything will be consistent with a reaction to what happened on 9/11.

As of June 2002 I am only able to demonstrate some trends in the facts. As yet I do not have a theory of the crime. The prevailing theory is Osama bin Laden and his Al Qaeda network were behind it but the FBI has stated it has not one bit of evidence in support of that theory with everything confiscated in the US and everything captured in Afghanistan. There is nothing which justified our loverly little war against Afghanistan.
With that, the obvious conclusion is innocence. The suspicious hypothesis is that he was framed.
All of the following are as of whatever date I revise them. None of these files are finished nor frozen in time. If you think I missed something, come back next week and it will likely be here.

It was more than impossible for Japan to conduct air raids on the US yet the government encouraged the west coast to conduct air raid drills.

This is a June 2002 absurdity and may lose significance but the man arrested will be rotting in prison until he dies without ever being charged.

I do not address the government's violations of the US Constitution is because it has ceased to be an applicable document to the United States. I am not being sarcastic or cynical. It is a dead issue. The US is already a police state.

After I posted this I was asked, why should I believe you? The question to ask yourself is if you accept my theory of the crime. You will note I have no conclusion per se rather I am only laying out the facts in a manner different from the US government. Everything I have used is either directly from the government or a credible, mainstream news source without later modification or retraction or contradiction by the government.
There are certainly other facts which are not consistent with what I present just as there are facts which do not fit the government's theory. Incongruous facts do not negate a theory. As I have shown from public information the government's theory contains fatal flaws certainly the government can find fatal flaws in my theory.
